I had heard the conversation was so curious. Is it true that drinking lots of soda makes fat? I think yes. Because if we hear, rumor like that. But it’s the Internet era, sought only the truth. And this is the result of my research. You do not need another hard look. Hehehe.
Apparently not drink soda make fat. That fact can streamline, for zero calories. But why is the perception of fat makes soft drinks? This is perhaps most sodas are calorie drinks (sweet). Sweetness that makes fat, not flat.
According to researcher Chris Rosenbloom, PhD from Georgia State University, this occurs because of the notion that drink without calories can make dehydration. That’s why many people choose calorie drinks. And soft drinks are often considered as a sweet-calorie drinks. But to avoid the soda, they look for calorie drinks (sweet) but without the soda like diet soda.
And due to diet soda drinks, people feel the need, especially fatty food additives. Because they felt there was no food intake. But even with drink diet soda does not remove the sense of thirst. Rather than even a large appetite.
And that makes us brush fatty and sweet foods more. Fat? Obviously! Because these foods that make fat. So which one is not flat, … Hehehe. [TSA, 21/1/2010 at dawn]
