Every year I always put the target to write a book. But for 3 years, it’s just a big zero result! Not a single sheet that I had made. Apparently a lot of obstacles. And I realized, if this is a dream (I say obsession) could happen if I insisted it happen.

I was not in touch with them now. But I continue to follow their journey. Lucky last Ramadhan, month of fasting, I met with mr Sukemi. While others, I am still in contact with via email especially miss Sirikit.

After college, I was more increased achievement. At that time I started writing in an opinion column. It is located usually in the middle. My opinions have appeared in Surabaya Post and Jawa Pos. Coupled with my writing and academic experts. Cool!

Wow, so proud! In high school I was proud, because not many students who do that. When college more proud. Because not only the students who rarely do, lecturers were also not much to do!

In high school, I picked up a few times the award for writing competition. For all of East Java and all Surabaya region, I’ve grabbed it. Both Champion. For all Indonesia, I had get 4th winner. Achieving this time of scientific writing competition organized by the IPB and the Ministry of Environment on the campus of IPB.

But after I begin to work in office, I stopped achievement. Far from maintaining that achievement, I actually stopped writing. Left on SCTV I’ve not had time to write again. There’s no one work. I was still writing, but writing copy! Copy to promo programs. It’s all related to the job.

But there is hope when starting work on the SAM Design. Indeed the early-initially there was still no achievement. But slowly I began to write. This is because it is supported by Internet technology. At first I was just special to tell close friends via email. Then sent to the mailing list. But since I have my own personal website, M.Yusuf.web.id , I started productive.

But it still framed on my personal website. I feel that my achievements have not like before. Even though the achievement of the time in high school! Because it was just the writing on the media itself. On your personal website or blog. Everyone can do it! Because there is no competition. Bad or good writing can be published. Because it had his own.

I myself tried to write several times for the media. No result. Alias not published. Ihik … ihik … Indeed there was no comment from the editor. I know, now more stringent again if I want to achieve it in the media.

Finally I decided to write a book as well. I know this is more difficult than writing in the media. Especially if you put the target to be the best sellers book. If the writing on the mass media, should be good and useful writings, to be a book again have additional requirements. Yes, must sell! Of course, publishers do not want to lose, if you publish a book.

If present, when my book was already in the hands of readers, I am grateful and proud of my achievements beyond what I have done.
