A morning when I woke up, I check SMS on my mobile phone. There is already an annoying SMS at early of this day. The SMS regarding the provision of free RBT. Actually it’s OK, but I was afraid to be a problem later.

This SMS says a RBT (Ring Back Tone) has activated on my mobile phone. I forgot the song and the name of its band. That activation did not reduce my credit. Free alias gratis! The RBT is only for a week, aka 7 days. After that I have to pay Rp 7,000 a month.
In SMS it is notified how does to stop. But there must be a song code must be entered. Yes, I do not know the code which free song was given. SMS was not told how to stop RBT easily. For example if I unsubscribe with no song code.
Which makes I shook my head, the activation of RBT was after I bought pulse the previous night. Exactly the right strategy because my pulse was still intact. If activated a week after the filling pulse, my pulse may have run out. Hehehe.
Of course I am annoyed. Although free, I don’t want to remember when I must to turn off another week. Or bother doing considering ending the RBT. Rather than make trouble later on, so I must turn off this RBT as soon as possible.
First I tried to turn off via SMS. Several times tried, failed because the wrong format. One of them because I did not enter a code song. Instead of wasting time and pulse, I call the call center. Luckily still early, so straight in without queuing.
After expressing the problem, the CS told how to turn off easily. This means that without having to enter a code songs. But I did not bother anymore. I ask her to switch off my RBT from the system. I ask her to turn from there. Done already.
It turned out that such offers are also befall my numbers in other operators. Fortunately, only bid. Enable such indirect experience in the morning. So I ignored it. I think other operators also have a strategy like this.
